She is a force to be reckoned with – analytical, energetic, and results-driven – a true visionary who brings her A-game to the table every single time. Myisha is a master of change management, talent acquisition, management, and development, producing quality outcomes that speak volumes about her expertise.

Her past employers speak highly of her, commending her for developing human resource programs that foster a positive work environment, establishing credibility with staff, and consulting with business partners through solid employment practices and proactive communication. Myisha is a proud alumnus of both Towson University and Morgan State University, where she earned her Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, respectively.

Tonya’s more than 25-year leadership journey includes holding multiple prominent positions at Verizon, as well as serving in the United States Air Force.

Tonya’s dedication to fostering leadership development and professional growth has earned her recognition. She takes great joy in curating and supporting various impactful programs and initiatives that enable individuals to engage in “learning in action.”

As she looks ahead, Tonya eagerly embraces the future, determined to go the extra mile and deliver on her promises to the people she collaborates with. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and a Master’s Degree in Management, she possesses the knowledge and expertise to excel in her endeavors.
